• Our platform is only about buying and selling vehicles. Users who engage in illegal or fraudulent activities will be removed from the platform.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account information. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions to ensure the security of your account information.

3. Advertisements and Content

• Advertisements published on our platform are created by users. It is the responsibility of users to check the accuracy and reliability of the information in the advertisements.

• Sharing illegal, misleading or obscene content is prohibited. When such content is detected, the relevant accounts may be suspended or closed.

4. Communication and Payments

• Communication and payment transactions between buyers and sellers are the users' own responsibility. Our platform does not mediate or accept responsibility for these transactions.

• We recommend that you use secure payment methods for payment transactions. It is important to be wary of fraudulent attempts.

5. Service Changes and Cancellations

• Cyprus Vehicle Buying and Selling reserves the right to make changes to the platform or discontinue the service. Users are deemed to have accepted these changes.

6. Fraudulent Transactions

• Complete your vehicle purchase and sale transactions in the presence of a notary or through persons authorized by the state. Cyprus Vehicle Buying and Selling Team is not responsible for possible fraud.

7. Sharing Fees

• Vehicle Ads remain on the site until they are sold.

• The sharing fee is only 30 ₺.

• You need to pay an additional 15 ₺ to move your vehicle back up.

• Payments are made through Iban.
